Occasionally, we are told things and then we forget them again. And then we remember that we forgot them, but we can't remember precisely what it is that we forgot. And then, when we remember again, we get really insecure that we'll forget them again. Then we do.
Then, later, we spend five hours google searching, and we figure out what we forgot. Then we put them in our blogs.
I'm sure you understand what I mean.
The French have this expression for coming up with a witty comeback after the fact. It involves staircases, etc.
It's a clever and useful phrase, but that's not why I'm sharing it. I'm sharing it because, if I don't, it'll be gone again in an hour.
